If your city is not listed above, don't lose heart. We will always try to go out of way and deliver List of order to your home. Just let us know which city you are residing with the Pin Code and we will do everything we can to make delivery to your city as possible.

3. Can I shop without registering on the site
No! You can browse through the site without registration. But you must register for making an order. This will keep all orders made to us keep a track to maintain in your cart list.
4. How can I register on MANNA Foods?
Registering with our website is simple Spare 2 minutes to complete the process. To register with us, you can click "create an account" link on the top bar and you will have to fill your information in the registration section.
You may use only your e-mail, name, and cell phone. After you finish the registration process, you need to activate your account.You will get an Auto-Mail Sent to your Mail. This completes the one time registration process with us and you can go right ahead and enjoy your online shopping.
5. What about the Privacy of my information?
We consider the privacy of our customers is very important. We are in the business of serving you, not selling your information. Your name, address information are collected only to fulfill your order. We will occasionally send email to our customers notifying them of special promotions or significant changes with our web site.
6. What are the delivery times?
We do have a cut-off time of 12:00 PM to process orders. Orders made before the cut-off time will be dispatched. The delivery will be done at your point within 7 days from the date of order.

9. What products will I find on MANNA?
MANNA has come up with over 50 plus agro based products. You can find all the products of manna foods and buy products that you need.
10. Do you charge for home delivery?
No! Shipping is FREE when you order with us. For minimum of Rs. 500/- or 3kg maximum of the order capacity. Below the minimum order value of shipment is done on extra cost of Rs. 40.00 for every one kg / per 1000 KM will be charged. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
11. How do you do shipment of the order parcel and how do I track my order?
We have a tie up with Indian post office to deliver the customer order by Express parcel post service. The terms and condition of the www.postal.gov.in. Is applicable even for our MANNA products door delivery. You can browse the above website after receiving your dispatch e-mail to you, to know the consignment of the delivery status.
12. Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
For a regular delivery, you should be home to receive and sign for your products. Of course, if you're not present, someone else representing you can sign on your behalf.
13. What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your receiving your order, don't worry; one of our customer service associates will contact you to reschedule. If we can�t successfully reschedule your order within 7 Days. We will return your items to our warehouse and issue a refund for the order.
14. Once I place an order online, when can I get the same delivered?
Your order usually ships within 1 to 3 business days after you place your order online. We don�t ship on weekends or holidays at the moment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. 15. How do I make payment?
We accept only online debit/credit card payment.
16. What is the minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is INR 500/- or 3 kg maximum quantity only.
17. Why minimum order amount?
Good question! Well, MANNA Foods are dealing with some heavy stuff. You know that grocery items do not weigh in 'Grams' and 'Kilograms' We are taking all the pain out of your lives by not only relieving you from pushing heavy shopping carts in the malls and carrying the heavy Agro products back to your home but we are also bearing the cost of shipping the heavy items to your home. If we reduce the minimum order amount things will not be feasible for us.
18. What if few of the items of my Order are not delivered?
We ensure that we have all the items listed in Order is available with us; however it is quite possible that the product you order might be out of stock. If we are unable to fulfill the order completely, we will refund back cost of item which will be credited in your account within 15 days from date of order.
19. Will I be charged for Octroi or Entry taxes in case of domestic shipping within India?
All our orders are shipped within India from our warehouse in Chennai (India) to your shipping address. Due to the nature of interstate shipping, you may have to pay additional duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your state. The majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent duty charges will be levied.
In the case where additional duties or taxes are assessed, customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees.To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged to clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice/receipt for any duties and taxes, you will have to pay directly at the time of delivery.
20. My order status shows as COMPLETE but I have not received the order yet!
Once the order ships from our warehouse, it shows the order as complete in the system. It's just a technical term, so do not worry about the same. We know the order is in process and we keep a close track of each and every order.
Please check the auto mail received to your mail. Once the ordered item gets delivered to you the status of the order will be complete.
21. How do I return or exchange an item?
We provide 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on every single product you purchase from www.mannafoods.in. We will not accept return of a product unless it is damaged or manufacture fault or expired. Since our supplier and delivery team will verify before delivering the products to you, these are very rare cases.
Check each item during delivery. If you are not satisfied with any product the amount for returned ordered items will be credited in your account within 30 Days from the date of the ordered date. Please contact our customer support team for more detail.
22. How do I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel an order, you need to do so before the delivery status changes to complete. There is no charge for cancellation. You can cancel your order online by logging into 'My Account' menu from www.mannafoods.in home page and clicking on 'Cancel Order�. You can also contact our customer support team to cancel your order.
If order is cancelled after dispatch or If any of the following reasons if the products returns back to us,
1. Ordered items dispatched, if cancellation of the same order requested.
2. Insufficient address or changes in address disclosed.
3. Non- availability of customer/ consignee, delivery items returns back to the factory.
4. Door locked.
Then the amount will be remitted in bank a/c after deduction of the following charges.
1. Postal charges Rs.50.00 and 3% of the value ordered amt.
2. For a example, An order placed for Rs600.00, If the order is cancelled, the remitted amt will be Rs50.00+Rs18.00=68.00 totally deducted and a sum of Rs532.00 will be remitted to consignee account after the item returns to the company, within 15 days.

23. All my cart items vanish if the payment fails?
Please understand that a transaction is technically complete once you are directed to the payment gateway after pressing 'PLACE ORDER' button. So when you proceed to checkout and payment fails, all the cart items will be not there. You will have to add items once more in your cart.
24. Can I save my shopping cart for later order?
Yes, you can save your shopping cart and pick it later whenever you want. Next time when you log on to it will show you the reminder of the previous order saved.
25. How do I track the status of my order?
This tracking can be done only by customers who order out of Tamilnadu or other states.
You can track you order online by clicking 'Track Order' menu from www.mannafoods.in home page before dispatch status, after dispatch log on to www.postal.gov.in with help of consignment .no which will be sent to your mail to know further deliver track to your door. If you are not satisfied with the information, please contact our customer support team.
